Crònica tercera sessió, dia 2 d’abril

Com estem relatant aquests dies, el judici segueix contra les 20 persones imputades per l’acció ‘Aturem el Parlament’ deldiputats en helicopter passat 15 de juny de 2011. La tercera sessió del procés s’ha dedicat a les declaracions de diversos diputats que les acusacions consideren afectats per la mobilització d’aquell dia.

La jornada d’avui ha estat llarga i polèmica. Llarga per la durada: quasi sis hores amb la intervenció de vuit diputats: 4 de Convergència i Unió –Anna Isabel Marcos, Josep Maria Llop, Gerard Martí i Antoni Fernández Teixidó–, 1 del PSC – l’exconsellera d’Interior de la Generalitat Montserrat Tura–, 2 d’Iniciativa per Catalunya –Salvador Milà i Joan Boada– i 1 de Solidaritat Catalana per la Independència –Alfons López Tena. I polèmica per les mateixes declaracions, majoritàriament intervingudes per una més que qüestionable traducció que ha provocat, no només les queixes de la defensa, sinó també la decisió de gran part d’aquells que declaraven en català de fer-ho en castellà, davant les inexactituds o l’omissió de certs detalls per part de la intèrpret.

Algunes qüestions a destacar d’aquestes declaracions han estat les qualificacions donades al dispositiu policial orquestrat per aquell dia – “ratonera”, per exemple, com va declarar López Tena- o als fets que es jutgen, considerats per alguns dels diputats amb formació jurídica com a no delictius. De la mateixa manera, alguns d’aquests polítics declarants consideren que no van passar por ni van ser coaccionats o agredits, al contrari que alguns altres, com la convergent Marcos que ha declarat que la situació li va provocar ansietat i que per això es va haver de medicar, qüestió que en declaracions prèvies no va relatar de la mateixa forma. Així mateix, molts dels han declarat no poder reconèixer a ningú.

En finalitzar, cap a les quatre de la tarda, hem estat citats de nou per demà, dia 4 d’abril a les 10 del matí per l’última sessió d’aquesta setmana.
