Porque el trabajo de asociaciones ciudadanas como La Maquinilla motiva y es un ejemplo a seguir. Y para que la chimenea de La Papelera sea la punta del iceberg en un proceso mucho mayor de sensibilización, recuperación y activación del patrimonio de la industrialización de Peñarroya-Pueblonuevo y del conjunto del norte de la provincia de Córdoba
