Mission and strategy
From the "hard drive" of our Foundation, Susana is the executive management lead, keeping track of Goteo’s objectives and challenges, leading the team in decision making, and acting as the key person for all opportunities coming our way, both day-to-day and long term. The only thing she’s not sharing all that easily is her homemade lemonade recipe.

Olivier Schulbaum
Impact and advocacy
Olivier moves between the definition and the consistent design of the tools we develop and generating social impact, interpreting the needs of our partners and users with a close eye on new challenges, opportunities and technological paradigms. He is also active on many other fronts, but we absolutely deny all claims of having cloned him.

Enric Senabre
Product design and services
Enric performs research and leads product and service design with creativity and freshness, providing the innovation and flexibility for us to adapt to the needs of all types of projects and people. He appears and disappears from local and international meetings, dropping hints about Goteo plans and their impact. They say that Post-its grow in his pockets.

Mercè Moreno
Community Care
From monitoring Goteo users to campaign publication and dissemination, Mercè takes care of the needs on the ground for all kinds of projects, in direct contact with local partners and as first line of communication and technical assistance. Some days, she just grabs a camera or some markers and lets her art loose.

María G. Perulero
Partnerships and fundraising
María spreads the word about Goteo’s mission and achievements, building bridges between our organization and other individuals and organizations aligned with our values, both nationally and internationally. She translates the vision and mission of Goteo to the institutional and political sphere, opening partnerships, synergies and lobbying. She will negotiate and debate with the same strong determination in any context: whatever you do, do not try to stop her.

Iván Vergés
Programming and systems management
Maintaining the consistency of Goteo code and giving form to all of the requirements and improvements that arise, Ivan makes sure that everything from the platform’s API to the most remote corners of administration run like clockwork. Sometimes that includes having a lot of resilience and patience with the rest of the team at odd hours.

Javier Carrillo
Front-end programming
Javier is shaping the new Goteo interface and tools, keeping an eye on the bugs and specific improvements that come up all the time, with special attention to the hundreds of campaigns and users regularly using platform. He dropped in to our Barcelona headquarters from his native Albacete just to say “hello” one day...and he’s still here.

Mauricio O’Brien
Training and design
Mauricio bring his hybrid profile to the team, working in two key areas of what we do in addition to following campaigns: one, graphic design of materials and tools, and the other, supporting the facilitation of co-creation workshops and processes. Design thinking in action!

Carmen Lozano
Community care (international)
Carmen’s initiative and autonomy provide solidity to the coordination of projects related to the international dimension of our mission. Her vision combined with her broad knowledge of many of Goteo’s beneficiary communities facilitates her work in advising emerging campaigns and providing training in crowdfunding. Whenever you see her, she’s got that suitcase in her hand.

Toni Oquendo
Administration and finance
From the headquarters of the Goteo Foundation in Palma de Mallorca, Toni manages and resolves issues with a steady hand. He takes care that the flow of transactions, authorizations and documentations underlying the platform are carried out in way that’s as orderly and methodical as Toni himself. Whenever he thinks he can get away with it, he puts classical music on in the office.

Communication and storytelling
When it comes to taking care of what we communicate, and overseeing our regular presence in media and the international gatherings we participate in, Ann Marie brings the right words and coherence we need to advance and share our work. An editorial monster, an open book.
